Competition Basics[]
The Martial Arts Competition is the fighting contest that takes place each year during the Harvest Festival. You can choose to either opt out by "resting" or choosing to participate in the Miss Kingdom Contest.
Maria and the NPCs (non-playable characters) will be put into tournament brackets if you choose to opt in. This is a contest of stamina, intelligence or strength. You can choose to have Maria fight with magic or with a sword depending on your preference and the outcome will be determined based on whose stamina drops to 0 first (the more stamina and defense, the longer Maria lasts). Maria's stats needed to win each year will slightly increase based on her age.
How to Win[]
You will be able to play as Maria, much like the style of the Errantry, and will have some action options.
The following stats are a rough guide where to be start winning the competition each year starting with Age 12. It is very difficult, if not impossible to win in the first two years of competition (Credits by: Hyslyne)
Note: earlier localizations used Intelligence (INTELL.) for Wisdom and DEX for Speed.
- Age 12 : 265 HP, Lv.4, 320 Strength(Attack)
- Age 13 : 275 HP, Lv.4, 400 Wisdom(Magic) OR 400 Strength(Attack) + 200 Speed
- Age 14 : 300 HP, Lv.5, 400 Wisdom(Magic) OR 400 Strength(Attack) + 300 Speed
- Age 15 : 450 HP, Lv.7, 400 Wisdom(Magic) OR 400 Strength(Attack) + 300 Speed
- Age 16 : 500 HP, Lv.8, 400 Wisdom(Magic) OR 400 Strength(Attack) + 400 Speed
- Age 17 : 550 HP, Lv.9, 400 Wisdom(Magic) OR 400 Strength(Attack) + 400 Speed
Prizes[]
There is no money or item prize, but coming in 1st or 2nd place in the competition rewards a large amount of Reputation.
- 1st place : +80 Reputation
- 2nd place : +60 Reputation
Losing the competition has no penalty.
